A magical lamp with a "Rochester" type voice who fulfills Mickey and Pluto's
wishes. One imagines that there is a genie inisde doing all the work, but
the lamp is all that is ever seen in the short. Beacuse of the racial nature of the voice, the sole cartoon he was seen in was not shown in any rotation on the Disney Channel for quite a while.
