Our terms of use can be summed up in two words: "Have Fun!"
That being said there are just two things that you should be aware of
as you wander through these pages:
- All images are copyright The Walt Disney Company. I cannot give
permission to use these images in any way as I just don't own the copyright
on them. Please don't ask.
- All text is copyright The Encyclopedia of Disney Animated Shorts.
I have tried to keep the content as unique and distinctive as possible
and not copy from other sites. Where I have, I have noted where I have
quoted other sources and in almost all cases provided a link back to
the original source. I am generally amenable to the idea of people using
my work in research papers, school assignments, and the like. The only
thing I would ask, though, is PLEASE ask first
and then credit this website where necessary. It may sound egotistical
of me, but I put a lot of work into this website for it to go unnoticed.
That's it! As I said, this website is here for you to enjoy, reminisce
and maybe to learn from. It's my fervent hope that you, the user, gets as
