From Ryan : Alice, Pete, and Julius (among
others) have entered a derby race. This cartoon is somewhat similar to the
later Mickey cartoon "Barnyard
Olympics" where Pete tries to win by cheating. Nonetheless, both he and
Julius crash into each other and Alice ends up winning (as the title says).
A fun cartoon that I enjoy watching.
