From Ryan : I noticed that many of the
animals in this short looked like the ones from "Snow White." Perhaps it
was because Disney was trying to connect this short with the success of that
movie. Anyway, I liked this short quite a bit. It had a good storyline and
something excititng happened to Donald. He had a run-in with a bear. This
made a better story rather than having the little woodland critters stealing
his food through the whole cartoon.
