Comments
-
This short was produced in 3-D and at least until recently, could be seen
in the 3-D format at one of the theatres at Disney World.
-
From Ryan : This short is okay, but it isn't
one of my favorites. I don't really care too much for Chip and Dale cartoons.
Although in this cartoon the two chipmunks really aren't that annoying. All
they try to do is get some peanuts from an elephant in a zoo. Zookeeper Donald,
however, trys every way to stop them, but thanks to some white paint, Chip
and Dale are put in the zoo as albino chipmunks. This cartoon marks the third
appearance of Dolores the elephant, who first appeared in the Goofy cartoon
"The Big Wash" and then in the other Goofy cartoon "Tiger Trouble."
-
From Baruch Weiss : Looking at the title
of this short made me think of a joke. What kind of nuts can people find
in the frozen food section? Peanuts! Anyway back to the short; I enjoyed
this short quite a bit. There was a scene in it that was similar to
'Dragon Around' where Donald runs
into a wall and knocks himself silly.
-
From Michelle I. : I think 'Working for Peanuts'
is very good. Standout moments are Donald using Dolores's trunk to vacuum-suck
peanuts from the chipmunks' hands, and the arrival of 'albino chipmunks'
who've been immersed in white paint. When the paint begins to come off, they
can somehow make susenders out of their natural color!
-
From Austin Long : "Working for Peanuts" is a beatiful jewel in a collection of Disney greats. The humor is never dull . 5 stars out of 5.
